2 Eligibility
To create an account and use OkeBet8 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

- You must be physically located in the Philippines or a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by local law at the time of play.

- You must not be employed by OkeBet8, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, or any technology provider directly involved in delivering OkeBet8 services.
- You must be the authorized owner or lawful user of the payment method(s) used to deposit funds into your OkeBet8 account.
- You must not have been previously self-excluded, banned, or suspended from OkeBet8.
OkeBet8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
3 Account Registration
Each player is permitted to holdone (1) OkeBet8 account only. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed, with any balances forfeited. This includes accounts registered under different names, phone numbers, or email addresses belonging to the same person.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. This includes your real name, date of birth, and valid Philippine mobile number. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization, contact OkeBet8 support immediately at support@okebet8.best. OkeBet8 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by the member's failure to adequately secure their account credentials.
Important: Account details such as name, date of birth, and registered mobile number cannot be changed after verification without formal identity review. Submit a support request with valid government-issued ID if changes are required.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
OkeBet8 supports the following payment methods for Philippine players: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, InstaPay, PESONet, Visa, and Mastercard. All amounts on the platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).
Deposits: The minimum deposit is ₱100. Deposits are processed promptly and credited to your OkeBet8 wallet as soon as the transaction clears on the payment provider's end. OkeBet8 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose their own charges.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. OkeBet8 aims to process all standard withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:
- GCash and Maya: 3–30 minutes (standard hours)
- InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers: 15minutes – 2 hours
- Visa and Mastercard: 1–3 business days
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit into the same account, or a verified method on file. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and unauthorized fund movement.
OkeBet8 may request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation — such as a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, or payment method proof — before processing large withdrawal requests or when compliance checks are triggered. Withdrawal requests are subject to review and may be delayed if unusual activity is detected.
5 Bonuses and Promotions

General bonus conditions that apply across all OkeBet8 promotions unless stated otherwise:

- Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements for each promotion are stated in the individual promotion's terms.
- Bonuses are personal and non-transferable. Sharing bonuses between accounts or exploiting referal systems fraudulently will result in account suspension.
- OkeBet8 reserves the right to cancel a bonus at any time if it suspects abuse, misuse, or breach of these Terms.
- Bonuses expire. Any unused bonus balance or wagering progress that lapses past the promotional validity period will be removed from your account automatically.
- Only one welcome bonus can be claimed per new member. Duplicate accounts attempting to claim the welcome bonus again will be closed.

6 Betting Rules
All bets placed on OkeBet8 — whether on sports, live casino games Sabong, Tongits, Poker, or Roulette — are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify the details of your bet before confirming it. OkeBet8 will not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except in the specific circumstances described below.
Void Bets: A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in the following situations:
- A sports match is cancelled or abandoned before a result can be determined
- A technical error on the OkeBet8 platform results in an incorrect price or market being displayed
- A game result is disputed and cannot be verified by OkeBet8's data providers
Minimum and Maximum Bets: The minimum bet per wager is ₱100. Maximum bet limits vary by game type and market. Applicable limits are displayed on your bet slip before confirmation. OkeBet8 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
Result Disputes: In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or sporting event, OkeBet8's decision — based on official results from recognized governing bodies or certified data providers — is final. Disputes must be raised within 48 hours of the result being settled.
Sabong-Specific Rules: For online Sabong, bets are governed by the rules of the live arena hosting the bout. In the event of a "draw," "no contest," or "tulo" result, bets will be voided and stakes refunded. OkeBet8 follows the outcome as declared by the officiating arena.
7 Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the OkeBet8 platform. Any member found engaging in these activities will have their account suspended and all balances forfeited pending investigation:
- Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers in a way not intended by OkeBet8, including creating multiple accounts to claim sign-up offers, systematically low-risk hedging solely to meet wagering requirements, or coluding with other members to manipulate bonus eligibility.
- Match Fixing and Insider Betting: Placing bets based on non-public information or coluding with athletes, officials, or other parties to manipulate the outcome of any event available for betting on OkeBet8.
- Fraud and Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment chargebacks after using deposited funds to place bets. Members who dispute legitimate transactions with their payment provider will have their OkeBet8 account suspended immediately.
- Money Laundering: Using OkeBet8 to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds as part of any money laundering scheme. OkeBet8 cooperates fully with Philippine regulatory authorities and law enforcement agencies.
- Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, or any automated system to place bets or exploit the platform without human interaction.
- Account Sharing: Allowing a third party to access or use your OkeBet8 account.
8 Responsible Gaming

12 Account Suspension and Termination
OkeBet8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

- Provision of false, inaccurate, or unverifiable identity information during registration or KYC review
- Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or match fixing
- Duplicate account detection
- Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe

Where an account is closed for legitimate reasons unrelated to misconduct (such as a voluntary request), any available balance will be returned to the member's verified payment method after all wagering requirements have been satisfied and KYC checks completed.
Balances associated with accounts closed due to fraud, terms violations, or regulatory reasons may be forfeited and reported to relevant authorities.
13 Amendments to These Terms
